Repeat Prescriptions

These can be requested by:

• Ordering Online with Emis Access>>
  You must register with the surgery before you can use this service - read more>
   
• Bringing in your repeat prescription slip, by completing a form at the surgery, or by writing to us.
   
• Faxing a request to the surgery on 023 92 571628.
  Please ensure that you indicate your name and address and which item you wish repeated.

Requests can not be taken over the phone.

 

Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.

If you require your prescription to be posted to you please supply a stamped addressed envelope with your request.

Prescriptions can also be directed to a local chemist if you wish.

You will be periodically requested to visit the doctor to monitor your progress if you are on long-term treatment.
