Appointments

Surgery and clinic consultations are by appointment and can be made at reception or by telephoning during our normal opening hours.

• Consultations with a doctor are timed to take approximately 10 minutes.
   
• Routine pre bookable appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
   
• In addition the Practice has also introduced the Rapid Access Consultation service. This service is designed to provide same day access for quick routine or urgent problems.
  
  The service is available Monday to Friday. Please telephone before 9.20am. A receptionist will take your contact details and a Dr will then call you back to see how they can help you best.
   
• Please let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment so that that time can be offered to another patient.
